上周，佳得安公司在廣東召開了2024年度董事會(huì)議，出席本次會(huì)議的有董事會(huì)成員、EQT 團(tuán)隊(duì)、佳得安公司總裁蔣華及其管理團(tuán)隊(duì)。

Last week, Guardian held its 2024 annual board meeting in Guangdong. Attending this meeting were members of the board of directors, the EQT team, Jiang Hua, the president of Guardian, and his management team.

佳得安董事會(huì)考察大灣區(qū)，會(huì)見了廣州分公司總經(jīng)理、深圳分公司總經(jīng)理、廣東拜爾總經(jīng)理、廣東廣昆總經(jīng)理、廣東瑞克總經(jīng)理、廣州今思康總經(jīng)理、廣州創(chuàng)衛(wèi)總經(jīng)理，與各位進(jìn)行了業(yè)務(wù)交流。

The board inspected the Greater Bay Area and met with the general managers of the Guangzhou Branch, the Shenzhen Branch, Guangdong Baier, Guangdong Guangkun, Guangdong Ruike, Guangzhou Jinsikang and Guangzhou Chuangwei. Business exchanges were conducted with each of them.

當(dāng)晚，佳得安公司在廣東為董事會(huì)舉行了歡迎晚宴，并于第二天在廣東廣昆召開了佳得安公司董事會(huì)，董事會(huì)成員聽取了佳得安管理層的工作匯報(bào)。

In the evening, Guardian held a welcome banquet for the board of directors in Guangdong. And on the following day, the board meeting of Guardian was held at Guangdong Guangkun. The members of the board of directors listened to the work reports from the management of Guardian.

The board unanimously affirmed the work of Guardian and Guangdong Guangkun in 2024 and e was full of confidence in China's future development! They were particularly optimistic about the development of the Guangdong-HongKong-Macao Greater Bay Area, because it has formed a number of industrial clusters and its total economic volume exceeded 14 trillion yuan in 2023. It is believed that Guardian will have more development opportunities in 2025!
